Return Process

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item in its original condition.
- 2.Eligibility Assessment
Our team will review your request to ensure the product is free from damage and remains in its original packaging for a valid return or exchange.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup date for our logistics team to collect the item from your residence for a nominal transportation fee.
- 4.Refund or Exchange Processing
After a successful inspection at our warehouse, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or deliver your newly selected replacement chair.
